Good evening Rockdale Ram Nation. It is with great joy that I announce this news! Congrats to our JV Lady Rams basketball team on a hard fought WIN this evening against Laraway, 14-11. In honor of this victory, I will turn on the Victory light after school tomorrow and we will #flytheW flag to celebrate. Great job to Coach Richards for her leadership. Our Varsity Lady Rams basketball team did their best, but did not come through with a W. They will look to “rebound” against Richland tomorrow afternoon for an away game. Great job Lady Rams!! Good evening Rockdale Ram Nation. This is a reminder of our PTO Fall Family Fun Night being held at Rockdale School on Tuesday, October 18th from 6:30-8 pm. Forms were due today, but since we had the extended weekend, the forms can be turned in tomorrow, Wednesday. Cost for admittance is $2 per person, unless 2 years or younger, but that includes pumpkin, decorating supplies, craft, and snack. Please turn in forms tomorrow, Wednesday, October 12 so the PTO can plan accordingly with the order of the pumpkins. Thanks for your time and consideration. This is to serve as notice of the upcoming Village of Rockdale ROCKtober Fest 2022 being kickoff at CB diamond field, aka Rockdale Stadium, TOMORROW, Saturday, October 8th with a parade starting at 10 am for students 3rd Grade age and younger. Students can bring their bikes, wagons, or simply walk the bases in their costume. The ROCKtober Fest 2022 will then be held from noon-7 pm in the outfield with activities, food, and fun! All ages may participate. Fliers went home with our Kindergarten thru 3rd Grade students on Friday, September 30th. The flier is attached. Do not miss out on this fun, community building event!
