Earlier this year, Rockdale School District 84 took over ownership of 1500 Belleview Avenue, more affectionately known as Shep’s, and 1504 Belleview Avenue, which is the home located between the school and Shep’s. The purpose of the district’s purchase of the two properties is to acquire the land to eventually expand our facilities. At this point, our Facilities Committee and Board of Education have yet to decide exactly how we plan to expand, but part of the expansion process includes the removal of the structures at 1500 and 1504 Belleview.
